Response to the coronavirus threat


In view of the constantly changing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation we want to let you know what actions smallprint and Catapult eLearning are taking in this difficult and unprecedented time.
 

The actions we are taking


We are focusing on the health and wellbeing of our staff and their families while we continue to provide high level service to our clients. We monitor all official updates and follow advice from the Australian Government Department of Health. We are maintaining a calm and balanced view and will try to make informed decisions that help limit the spread of the Coronavirus.
 

Can we help you?


Thank you to all the clients who have been in touch. Please let us know if your organisation has implemented any restrictions or has any particular requirements with regard to our product or service availability and delivery.
 

Hard copy orders


At this point we do not foresee any disruptions to order processing. To ensure that we continue to meet client needs we will be in constant contact with our suppliers and distribution networks.
 

Customer service


Despite the situation, smallprint and Catapult eLearning staff will be available to maintain our usual level of service to our clients. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any queries you have.
 

Client visits


To avoid increased risk we will not be visiting clients face-to-face at this time. We are still available to take calls, follow up emails, answer queries and give online demonstrations of our learning system.
 

Social distancing and online learning


With the increased need for social distancing, you might choose to move to an online training approach. The entire smallprint catalogue is available in Catapult eLearning’s free Learning Management System. For those new to this space, we will support you through the change and can have you up and running in 2 hours.
