Certificate II in Food Processing from the FDF10 Food Processing Training Package is developed by AgriFood Skills Australia. The qualification targets those working within a production or production support role, for example, packaging, machine operations and bottling. Training resources and assessment tools are available for 7 FDF10 units of competency.
