This unit applies to individuals in employment services roles, working according to established procedures and systems.

Assessment conditions

    • client information
    • organisation policies and procedures
  • modelling of industry operating conditions, including
    • scenarios that involve interactions with other people
    • scenarios that involve problem-solving
